Bake at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes.

Great for those sweet tooth cravings and helps to include the protein you are needing throughout the day! :)  ENJOY!

VIRAL BANANA BARK!

10/10 recommended! A guilt-free hack to curb chocolate cravings and an indulgent way to add fiber and antioxidant-rich bananas to your diet.

Calories 160

Servings 12

Ingredients-

5 bananas

1/2 peanut butter (you may use the crunchy to add texture)

1 cup chocolate chips of choice

1/2 tsp of coconut oil

flaky salt - optional*

Slice bananas into even pieces and then line on a baking tray so that they are touching.

Drizzle over your peanut butter and spread it out evenly with a butter knife or back of a spoon.

Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl and melt in the microwave or using a double boiler. If using the microwave, use 30 second intervals so that you do not burn or overheat the chocolate.

Drizzle chocolate all over the peanut butter and bananas.

Place the bark in the freezer overnight or around 5 hours.

Slice up, break up and ENJOY! :)

Candied Bacon Crackers with Parmesan

For all my savory friends, this is a MUST!

An easy go-to snack for traveling because they can sit at room temperature for several hours. It has the little bit of protein, while also satisfying that sweet and savory need!

Simply stack a club cracker with a thin slice of parmesan cheese, then bacon, brown sugar and red pepper flakes

Bake them on a rack for 40 min and serve warm or at room temperature.

Smoky sweet with a kick of heat!
